Our efforts on behalf of the brand started with a celebration of the quintessential cerveza preparada – the michelada. We claimed ownership of national “Michelada Day” not just with one day’s worth of content, but an entire month dedicated to the cocktail. We doled out recipes and connected with our fans over their favorite methods of preparation. When it was all said and done, we owned the day itself with a Michelada-making livestream where our guest bartender interacted with the audience and served up a variety of awesome Michelada recipes and tips.
In addition to our big Modelo Michelada Day celebration, we created an extensive collection of recipes, beer cocktails and pairing ideas with the help of celebrity chef Rick Bayless.
